Colcannon
            Ireland are very common foods cooked with potatoes. The most famous is the Colcannon, a typical dish of the cuisine of Ireland. It is prepared with mashed potatoes, sprouts leaves or cabbage, butter, salt and pepper. It may also contain other ingredients such as milk, cream, onion, garlic, boiled ham or Irish bacon.
            According to an old Irish tradition on Halloween, it must be served with colcannon small coins hidden. In Ireland, it is still customary to hide coins in the colcannon potatoes this day.
Irish breakfast
