New York, New york...

New York is a cosmopolitan city, marked by a singular urban architecture. Comprising different formats, its buildings, neon signs and lights give a very particular aspect to the city.
Another feature is the Statue of Liberty, an extremely striking image that appears in several films. Anyway several films carry you .... NEW YORK
Among the various existing movies these were some that I like the most:

                                                   A prince in New York

                                                            The Devil Wears Prada
One day after tomorrow

Autumn in New York

  2. I love "The Devil Wears Prata". Meryl Streep is fabulous in this movie!

There are many great films set in New York City. Some of my favorites are Billy Wilder's classic from the 60s "The Apartment". Coppola's "The Godfather part III" (this one is a masterpiece!!!). Also, Kubrick's "Eyes Wide Shut" (FYI Staley Kubrick is my favorite director and this is a film with Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman). Aronofsky's "Requiem for a Dream", it's a quite distrurbing film but this is Aronofsky way of making cinema.

For some cute romantic comedies or girly films There are: "Serendity", "How to lose a Guy in 10 Days", "Just my Luck" , "P.S I Love You" (there are also part of Ireland in it!) and "Friends with Benefits".

Jeez, this was quite a big list I guess. Sorry, guys, I'm addicted to Cinema haha
